Arts & Crafts: Food > Chocolate

Collage added 1-17-01 Original Author Unknown

Need: candy wrappers, paper, glue

Directions: Use empty chocolate wrappers to create a collage.


Chocolate Pudding Painting added 1-17-01 Original Author Unknown

Need:
instant chocolate pudding mix, spoon, bowl, whisk, milk, measuring cup, finger painting paper

Directions:
Have children take turns adding the ingredients and mixing the pudding.
Then the children finger-paint with pudding on finger-painting paper.


Chocolate chip cookies added 1-17-01 Original Author Unknown

Need: paper grocery bag, glue, chocolate chips

Directions: Take brown paper grocery bags and trace circles from a wide mouthed cup or jar.  Have children cut out the circles and glue on real chocolate chips.  They look really cute. Easy, let them make a few!


Another Chocolate Pudding Painting added 2-05-02

Need:
chocolate pudding, finger painting paper, spray bottle (clean), water

Directions:
Sprinkle pudding mix on finger paint paper and spray water on it and let them finger paint; since it's pudding they can lick their fingers clean.


Chocolate Syrup  added 2-05-02 Original Author Unknown

Need: plastic wrap or wax paper, chocolate syrup

Directions: Finger (or Hand) painting with Chocolate Syrup on a sheet of clear plastic
or wax paper.


Hot Fudge Paint  added 1-13-03 Original Author Unknown

Need:
1 1/4 cups flour , 1 1/3 cups water, 5 tablespoons salt , and 5 tablespoons dry brown tempera paint.

Directions:
Mix together 1 1/4 cups flour , 1 1/3 cups water, 5 tablespoons salt , and 5 tablespoons dry brown tempera paint. Use this mixture to paint on paper. It will look like hot fudge.
