of pumpkins abound in this photographic panorama of the Pumpkin Patch!
The photos show the operation of a vegetable farm from summer
see many aspects of the farm, from preparing the soil with the tractor
to children picking the pumpkin of choice to take home and carve into a
photos are clear and colorful.
The process involved in growing, harvesting and selling pumpkins
is displayed in every picture. There is a witch, a scarecrow, even a
giant papier-mâché pumpkin to admire.
recommend this book to all pumpkin lovers.
Children will identify with the children in the photos choosing
their pumpkin to take home. Adults will enjoy the memories of helping
their children choose pumpkins over the years. After all, doesn’t
everybody love pumpkins?
