Need: Baby Food Jars,
whipping cream, salt, crackers, and a knife.
Directions: Fill the baby
food jars half full with shipping cream, screw
on the jar lids tightly. Let the children take turns shaking the
jars for about 5 mins., then the cream will be whipped. After another
minute or so, lumps of yellow butter will form. Rinse off the liquid
whey and add a little salt if desired. Finally, spread the butter
on crackers and eat.
