Snacks : Colors > Blue

Blueberry Syrup added 7-25-00 Original Author Unknown

In blender, place 1 cup blueberries and 1/2 cup unsweetened frozen apple juice concentrate. Blend well and pour mixture into a saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Add 1 tsp cornstarch that has been mixed with 2 tsps water. Boil for 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and stir in 1/2 tsp vanilla. Cool slightly and serve as a topping for pancakes, waffles, or french toast.

Melt two packages of butterscotch chips in the microwave.  Do not stir.  Mix
a large package of chow mein noodles with the melted butterscotch chips. 
Drop spoonfuls of this mixture onto waxed paper to cool.


Jello and Koolaid added 7-25-00 Original Author Unknown

Make berry blue jello or koolaid.
