Jelly Bean Stew added 3-9-98 Original Author Unknown

Sort jelly beans into small snack size bags, each bag having the same
color. Give a bag to each child. Recite the following poem and let the
children add their color jelly beans to the "stew". Then stir! Yum!

Jelly-bean stew
Jelly-bean stew
Red and yellow
And purple, too!
Orange and pink
And black and green
It's the prettiest stew I've ever seen!

Make rabbits from marshmallows. Use the mini ones for a tail.


Easter Chick Snack added 3-21-99 Original Author Unknown

Take a Nutter butter cookie. Ice it with yellow. Use a candy corn for the beak. Use chocolate chips for eyes. Peep Peep! Eat up....Yummy!


Bunny Ice-Cream added 3-21-99 Original Author Unknown

Arrange 3 balls of vanilla ice cream on a plate to form a bunny--use medium one for head, large one for body and tiny one for the tail. Cover with shredded coconut. Place carrot shavings (large) for ears, jelly beans for eyes and nose, and licorice stings for whiskers.
