Give the children bread and cheese
slices that have been cut into kite shapes. (Diamond) Let them put their
slices together to make kite sandwiches.

Use refrigerated cookie dough, roll it
out and cut into diamonds. Use a knife to make
imprints like the stick frame of a kite. Sprinkle or decorate as desired
and
bake. To make the tail of the kite, use string red licorice and press into
the kite while cookies are still warm.

Cut a piece of bread into a diamond to resemble kites. Give each
child a paint brush (New and clean) and food coloring in water. Then
allow the children to paint there bread. Lightly toast and make a
sandwich.
