Have an egg toss or an egg relay. To avoid
a big mess use plastic Easter eggs. The green ones of course.

Make a "treasure hunt"
map using pictures from the Green Eggs and Ham book. Copy pictures
of the house, the boat, the car, and the box. Glued the pictures
onto a large sheet of construction paper, placing one in the top left
corner, one in the middle on the right, one in the middle on the left (a
little lower than the second one), and one in the bottom right corner.
Draw a paths from one picture to the next. Then find real objects to
correspond to the pictures ( a dollhouse, toy ride-on car etc.) and placed
them around the room. The children then take the maps and go to each
item in order as they find it on the map, starting at the top and moving
downward. (You could set it up left to right as well). As they go to each
place, they can find green eggs and tell where they found it, follow
directions with green eggs, etc.
