Rainbow Jello! added 4-29-98 Original Author Unknown

Each day for a week, mix up a color of jello (using rainbow colors). Pour small amounts of red in clear cups . Next day add orange. Follow this procedure with all colors. At the end of the week, you have an edible rainbow.

The children can make a rainbow salad using fruit:
Red strawberries
Orange oranges
Yellow pineapple
Green apples
Blue blueberries
Purple grapes
The children will learn their colors by making and eating a delicious and nutritious snack.
